Our history.
Since 2007, Pizzeria Giaguaro has been a landmark for lovers of authentic Crispy adn Light pizza in Trieste. Each dough is handcrafted with type 0 00 Tipo 1 and 2 flours and left to rise slowly for over 24 hours.
Our ingredients come directly from selected producers: Italian DOP tomatoes, Campania buffalo mozzarella DOP, and extra virgin olive oil.

DOP ingredients
We select only certified PDO and PGI ingredients, from Italian tomatoes to Campanian buffalo mozzarella.
Slow Fermentation and Leavening
The dough rests for over 24 hours at a controlled temperature, resulting in a light, digestible, and fragrant pizza.
Family Atmosphere
A welcoming two-level venue with 150 seats and an outdoor area in a pedestrian zone, where you can feel at home, with attentive service and staff who know you by name.

A rich menu featuring classic and gourmet pizzas, artisan sandwiches, appetizers, and homemade desserts prepared fresh every day. Pasta and desserts are made in-house using traditional recipes typical of the local area.
