Our story.
Since 2007, we have been the go-to destination for lovers of authentic Crispy and Light pizza in Trieste. Every dough is hand-worked with type 0, 00, type 1 and 2 flours, slowly leavened for over 24 hours...
Our ingredients come directly from selected producers: Italian DOP tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala campana, extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan hills.

Slow Leavening
The dough rests for over 24 hours at controlled temperature, for a light, digestible and fragrant pizza.
Family Atmosphere
A welcoming venue on two levels, with 150 seats and an outdoor area in a pedestrian zone where you feel at home, with attentive service and staff who know you by name.
